How do I set up my “Papers” program to get into library databases through proxy? |
||||
Typically, to use most of our resources from off-campus, every link needs to be sent through our proxy. According to the Papers Support forum, Papers has the ability to use the MSU Libraries' proxy prefix.
Our proxy prefix is http://proxybz.lib.montana.edu/login?url= so you'd just need to use http://proxybz.lib.montana.edu/login?url=%@ wherever Papers allows you to enter the proxy prefix. Another work-around would be to log-in to the MSU campus network via a VPN Then you should not need the proxy prefix. |
